Task Management / My Tasks

My Tasks

My Tasks is the default section when you open the Tasks tab. It represents the tasks assigned to you and provides an overview of your current workload. Five numbers at the top of this section indicate the number of tasks, overdue tasks, tasks in progress, completed tasks, and pending approvals. Below these numbers, you will see the search bar and filters.

You can use them to narrow down the search by priority ( Highest – Lowest), due date, or apply other filters. In the task table below, you will see your tasks sorted by task groups. For instance, you can see tasks in the Testing group below. Each row in the table contains the task’s ID, name, priority, column, assignee, and due date. By clicking on the eye icon in the far right, you will open the task’s page.

When you want to create a new task, you can click the Add task button to open the pop-up window. In this window, you will add the task’s title, description ( HTML , text formatting, images, and attachments), assign it to the task group, and set the task type, status, priority, and assignee. If the task group requires approvals (see the description above), this task will go to the Pending Approvals column when marked as completed. Thus, you need to approve this task by clicking on the Done button after adding a task.
