A pipeline is a set of stages a candidate goes through when applying for a job position, and an organization can add multiple pipelines for different roles or departments. To create a new one, click Create Pipeline Template and set the desired stages. For instance, the Fast-track Sales Pipeline is set up with 6 stages, whereas the Standard Engineering Pipeline has more complex stages like Coding Assessment, two Technical Rounds, HR Fitment, and Salary Negotiation.

Each pipeline has cards indicating how many jobs are using this pipeline and how many applicants have been added to it. The templates can be edited (to add/change stages) or deleted through the buttons on the right. There is no need to go to a separate Settings page to make these changes.
